We do not collect precise GPS coordinates, contacts, photos, files, browsing history, or any personal information outside the Services. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data such as health, biometric, or political information.

No analytics or marketing technology runs before you make a choice. You can accept, refuse, or select categories in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months, after which we ask again. We also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing.
Technical and advertising data (such as IP address and Advertising ID) are used to maintain stability, prevent abuse, perform analytics, and display advertising content. In-app balances, tournament results, and rewards remain linked only to your profile.
The Services may display ads, surveys, or other interactive content provided by third-party advertising partners, including Appodeal and Google AdMob. These services may collect and process technical identifiers such as IP address, Advertising ID, and approximate location to deliver and measure advertising.
Appodeal processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy/.
We do not share directly identifying information with advertisers and do not use advertising data to identify you personally.
The App may offer optional purchases (such as boosts or upgrades) processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your card or payment data.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with providers that help us operate the Services, each acting under contract and only for the purposes described here:

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards. We may restrict access if a VPN, proxy, or any network-masking tool is detected that affects tournaments or reward calculations. Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages, bypass limits, or manipulate rankings is prohibited.
Some anti-cheat checks are automated. Where an automated decision restricts your account, you have the right to obtain human review, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision by writing to info@devpixelverse.com.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased; to restrict processing; to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling; to receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format; and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@devpixelverse.com. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland and believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You do not need to contact us first, although we would like the chance to resolve the matter.
This section applies to California residents under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 2 above: identifiers, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, and commercial information. We collect them from you directly and from your use of the Services, for the purposes set out in this Policy, and we disclose them to the categories of recipients listed in section 8.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing advertising identifiers with our advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising may qualify as “sharing” under the CPRA. You may opt out at any time using the “Turn off personalised ads” control in the footer, or by refusing marketing cookies under “Cookie settings”. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out.
California residents also have the right to know, to delete, and to correct their personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information — although we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger that right. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. In the EEA, where local law sets a higher age of digital consent (up to 16), users below that age need the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@devpixelverse.com and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our safeguards regularly and will notify you and the competent authority of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services or in the law. Material changes will be announced in the App and on this page, and where the change requires it we will ask for your consent again. The date below shows when this version took effect.

This Terms of Use Agreement (“the Agreement”) governs your use of our application and website (together, “the Services”), operated by DevPixelverse, Georgia. By installing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
The Services allow users to participate in mini-games, earn in-app tokens, join tournaments, and receive rewards such as promo codes or virtual bonuses.
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older, or 16 and older where local law requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts this Agreement on your behalf.
Some features may require you to provide an email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Deleting your account permanently removes all related data (currency, progress, achievements).
The in-app currency is a virtual token with no monetary value outside the Services:
Rewards (promo codes, bonuses, and similar) are granted through tournaments and do not constitute a financial obligation on our part.
Tournaments and giveaways are skill- and activity-based promotions. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying anything does not improve your chances. Winners of giveaways run on the Gleam platform are drawn automatically by that platform. Where a prize has a monetary value, any tax arising from it is the winner’s responsibility. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
The Services may offer paid boosts or additional features. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing; we do not access or store your payment data. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By starting to use purchased digital content immediately, you ask us to begin performance at once and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
The Services may display ads, surveys, or interactive offers provided by official partners (for example, Google AdMob and Appodeal). Advertising supports the free functionality of the Services and does not affect gameplay or tournament outcomes.
You may not:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this Agreement. Except where a breach requires immediate action — for instance active cheating or fraud — we will give notice and a chance to respond. You may ask us to review a decision by writing to info@devpixelverse.com. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
The Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for losses or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this Agreement.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, also available in the App and on Google Play.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in features or regulations. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. If you do not accept an update, you may stop using the Services and delete your account.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
We would like the chance to resolve any complaint directly — please write to info@devpixelverse.com first. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
