This Privacy Policy describes how our application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) collects, uses, and protects user data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

We only collect the data necessary to operate the App and provide its core features:

  • Device information – automatically collected to ensure proper operation (device model, system version, network type).

  • Approximate location (region) – derived from IP address and used only to display correct tournaments, language, or rewards.
  • Google Advertising ID – used for displaying ads and measuring advertising performance.

We do not collect precise GPS coordinates, contacts, photos, files, browsing history, or any personal information outside the App.

2. How We Use Information

Your email is used to:

  • create and identify your account;
  • send notifications about activity, tournaments, or security;
  • restore access if you lose your login.

Technical and advertising data (such as IP address and Advertising ID) are used to maintain App stability, prevent abuse, perform analytics, and display advertising content. In-app balances, tournament results, and rewards remain linked only to your profile and are never shared with third parties.

3. Advertising and Partner Content

The App may display ads, surveys, or other interactive content provided by third-party advertising partners, including Appodeal. These services may collect and process anonymous technical identifiers such as IP address, Advertising ID, and approximate location to deliver and measure advertising.

We do not share personally identifiable information with advertisers and do not use advertising data to directly identify users.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional purchases (such as boosts or upgrades) processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your card or payment data.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Your data (email, in-app currency, results) is stored only while your profile exists. When you delete your account, all related information is permanently removed from our servers.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Anonymous technical data may be processed by integrated third-party services (such as Appodeal or Google services) solely for advertising, analytics, and functionality purposes.

7. VPN and Multi-Account Restrictions

The App may restrict access if a VPN, proxy, or any network-masking tool is detected that affects tournaments or reward calculations. Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages, bypass limits, or manipulate rankings is prohibited.

8. User Rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, make corrections, or request complete deletion. To do so, contact our support team via the App or by email.

TERMS OF USE

This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) governs your use of the application (“the App”). By installing and using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App allows users to participate in mini-games, earn in-app tokens, join tournaments, and receive rewards such as promo codes or virtual bonuses.

2. Registration and Account

Some features may require you to provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Deleting your account permanently removes all related data (currency, progress, achievements).

3. In-App Currency and Rewards

The in-app currency is a virtual token with no monetary value outside the App:

  • It cannot be exchanged for real money.
  • It can only be used within the App’s functions.
  • Rewards (promo codes, bonuses, etc.) are granted through tournaments and do not constitute financial obligations.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer paid boosts or additional features. All payments are securely processed by Google Play Billing. We do not access or store your payment data.

5. Advertising and Surveys

The App may display ads, surveys, or interactive offers provided by official partners (e.g., Google AdMob). Advertising supports the App’s free functionality and does not affect gameplay or tournament outcomes.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools that interfere with App functionality or fairness of tournaments;
  • create multiple accounts for advantage or abuse;
  • exploit bugs or use third-party software to manipulate gameplay;
  • use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for losses or disruptions beyond our control.

8. Privacy

User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available in the App and on Google Play.

9. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or 16+ where required by local law).

10. Changes to the Agreement

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in features or regulations. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
